The study of Kabbalah is a life-long process of growth. Each class we teach stands on its own, though knowledge and application of Kabbalah progresses with continuing study. Our curriculum is an integration of textual study, discussion, self exploration, and meditation. Advanced students focus on spiritual growth through text-based study or exploration of the authentic self. We apply Kabbalah concepts to your life to help change your awareness and impact how you see yourself and others.

The first year curriculum consists of three classes, which are typically taught in sequential order: Soul, Space, and Time. We recommend that new students start with Soul, but you can start with Space if the logistics of that class are better. Time is only offered in the spring.

The days and times listed are for the winter semester 2011 and will begin the week of January 3, 2011. Classes are taught at the Goldberger Center (GC) and at the Jewish Community Center (JCC). Instructors are listed after the class. All advanced classes are taught by Dr. David Sanders.
